The Promise
During the probation period of up to three months, Amploy assumes full responsibility for the performance, behavior, and productivity of selected workers. Should any worker be deemed unsuitable, we will cover the expenses for their repatriation and provide a replacement free of charge.

  • Facilitating the arrival of your company delegates at the airport and accompanying them to the hotel.
  • Scheduling final interviews according to your preferences and providing all necessary facilities.
  • Supplying medical reports for selected candidates, inclusive of tests aligned with the respective country's medical standards.
  • Managing government formalities such as emigration clearance, visa stamping, police clearance certificates, and educational certificate attestation.
  • Updating candidate statuses in real-time via our CANDIDATE STATUS MANAGEMENT software, with automated SMS notifications and scheduled phone calls to ensure transparency. Clients have access to this system to track candidates' actual statuses.
  • Orienting candidates on the laws of the country of employment.
  • Placing approved candidates within your specified time frame, with prior notification to you.
  • Offering assistance to candidates with embarkation and airport formalities.
